Daniel Spade, PhD, Manuscript Published in Environment International

This was a collaborative project with researchers at the U.S. EPA that compared the sensitivity of different dipentyl phthalate responses in the rat fetal testis. We also used gene expression-based dose-response testing to identify sensitive changes that contribute to phthalate toxicity mechanisms. This information will be useful for risk assessment of phthalates.
