Dr. Ece Uzun has been awarded the Brown University Data Science Institute Collaborative Grant  (https://dsi.brown.edu/news/2026-01-06/2026-seed-grants) in collaboration with Dr. Jeremy Warner (Dept. of Medicine).  The title of their project is "iPREDiCT: A toolkit for cancer recurrence prediction using integrated genomics and clinical data" In this project, Drs. Uzun and Warner will collaborate with Drs. Seema Nagpal (Stanford University) and Sam Rubinstein (UNC). Their project aims to develop a comprehensive toolkit leveraging multi-modal deep learning models to predict cancer recurrence through the integration of clinical and genomic patient data.
