Division of Experimental Pathology and Therapeutics

The Division of Experimental Pathology and Therapeutics (EPT) was formed in 2023 to reflect the deep integration between our basic and translational research activities and our clinical mission. EPT has developed an internationally recognized reputation in three areas- Cancer Biology, Global Health, and Disease Pathogenesis and receives over $10M in annual external grant support.

Consonant with our mission to advance our understanding of human disease, EPT serves as a nidus for novel therapeutic development with faculty focusing on: target identification, small molecule screening, mAb development, drug delivery systems, non-animal methods for toxicity and efficacy assessment, and early stage clinical trials.
